I am just so agree with you.

Once there was an article stated how a GUY WOKE UP EVERY DAY for 7 DAYS to write an articles and got paid , $2.00 by medium at it made him cry.

And I was like, first if you think that you write JUST 7 DAYS you are in the wrong place.

Second, you do not appreciate your $2.00 , you wouldn`t get this if you wouldn`t publish your post here on MEDIUM. On your own blog you most probably would have just got 2 views and that`s it.

And third, writing for views, likes, money or fame is already a wrong way to start. YOU NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING that people want to read and connect with.

This is why those who put their work in, share their knowledge, take time to really give VALUE, deserve the outcome.

So yes, 1 reader is a good compliment, 0.01 CENTS is a good money as every cent you ever get for doing what you love and like is a BLESSING.
