Just wrote similar article yesterday.

Just pointing out ONE thing which as a marketer, I disagree is the amount of FOLLOWERS.

As so many Marketers are selling the fact that you are better when you have X amount of followers, other than saying you will be EXCELLENT if you keep on sharing VALUE Added posts.

So every day what i see is that how new client of mine shows up with FAKE/Bot followers and tells me that no one cares about their posts. Well FAKE accounts do not CARE about what you post, they are there for the number and that`s it.

I always say I rather have 100 genuine followers who engage, share same values and understanding with me. ANd eventually will be my clients.

Than having 10 K fake followers and no interaction.

Plus the good thing is that IG algorithm works this way that if you have fake followers and they do not engage with your content, it is going to be unseen.

So i think the post important is to make people understand that you need TO PUT OUT THE GOOD WORK, WORK THAT YOU CARE ABOUT and then comes the rest.

But until we have those "Marketing gurus" who say do this AND YOU WILL GET RICH TOMORROW! Whatever.
