Another thing I would add, is that

SEE MEDIUM AS OPPORTUNITY OF YOUR VOICE AND EXPERTICE.

When I started writing on Medium( no i am not the best writer, but this was also one reason why I joined and started writing : to improve my writing skills)

But once some of my articles were online, i immediately got more collaboration and work offers to do something together.

So here is the thing, if you join something for "MONEY" you will fail very quickly. But if you join because you CARE and you think you can make a difference, then money will follow.

And on top of that, i am so glad that i have managed to connect with so many great writers, bloggers, entrepreneurs and etc. So this is a big win.
