They just do it. I see that people who are not financially stable, will count every single like and follow and ask WHY NO ONE IS FOLLOWING ME?

While people with rich/growth mindset , do not care about stuff like this, but they do care about quality of their products/Service, quality of their work and be active. So even though they are not the best at the moment, they are willing to learn, connect and experiment ;)
