So true. I get up every day 4 am without an alarm clock and in fact I do all of that what is said. By midday my work tasks are done and I am enjoying time with my kids and family.

I would only add one REALLY important thing: STOP notifications and SCROLLING. It`s one of the biggest mistakes people do and feel tired, out of energy. Because their phone is packed with notifications and they keep on scrolling.

People apply these tips on your daily life and you can feel the difference.
