Totally agree, people keep on blaming things and factors around them while they choose it.
When I tell my friends that I get up 3.30 or 4 am their first question is : Are you crazy? Why?
And I am asking, tell me what "useful" do you do in between 9pm -11pm . I bet your are scrolling on social media or watching some pointless tv shows as you are too tired to watch or read something useful.
But I sleep that time, I sleep to make sure that when I wake up 4 am , I am full of energy, rested and ready to do things.
When I tell my friends that by noon i have finished up my daily work and tasks, they think I am just doing nothing, cause how by noon you can get everything done ( i run my own business).
Well one thing is time management, one thing is getting up early, one thing is getting good night sleep and one thing is to plan and KNOW what you are doing. If you are scrolling on social media or watching TV shows then it is obvious you get nothing done.
So yes, we can complain say this is bad and this is not good, but everything starts from you.
And YES sometimes life happens, and there is not much we can do about it. But like your friend, when you have a mindset, when you have an education, you come out of it. Your past dosent define you!
